Amber Gemological Lab has carded out analysis and grading to the report adapting advanced and specialized equipment available at the time of examination. This report is submitted by AGL and accepted by the recipient on the below terms and conditions :


1. This report does not represent any appraisal, valuation or guarantee, neither can it be used or presented for assessing value. It does not agree to purchase or replace the article. Under no circumstances neither AGL nor any member of its staff shall, at anytime, be held responsible for any descriptive references of report.

2. Stone count and weight, metal or metal purity as pur-letro64

3. The clarity grade is based on 10X magnification and Colour grade IS based on AGL masts comparison stones. Grading and analysis as per the mounting (setting) permits.

4. In event of any claim by the client or any recipient for damage/loss to the article(s), or damages resulting, directly or indirectly, from this report, the liability of AGL shall be limited to the amount received as a fee pertaining with this report.

5. Any dispute/ arbitration concerning this report shall be governed by the Indian Judicial system subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore In the state of Karnataka.

6. Neither AGL nor its Staff members would be held responsible any change or discrepancy in the goods once Certified by AGL post the delivery.

7. Currently we do not undertake any CVD or HPHT Testing.

8. AGL reserves the right to change or modify the above terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
